Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances. For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend placing your order earlier to account for potential transit variations.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): 0-60$; Free (10-15 Business Days): 60$-9999$. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's total value and destination. Seasonal promotions may occasionally include free shipping thresholds—check our homepage for current offers.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and over 30 countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, and most EU nations. Some remote locations or islands may have restricted delivery options. During checkout, our system will automatically notify you if we're unable to deliver to your address. For military (APO/FPO) shipments, please allow additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Click the tracking link to monitor your package's progress in real-time. Our system also updates your account dashboard with shipment milestones. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for flawless delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather events or carrier disruptions.
